After over 20 years wearing different hats with different companies it became clear what most shops were missing – staff & time. The solution seemed simple. How can you be everywhere at once? Be remote!
When I’m not behind a computer screen you will find me travelling around Italy looking for the best pasta carbonara!

Service Advisor, Bad Ass
Meet Serina, she’s my wing-woman and all around lifesaver.
She’s spent the last several decades being a force in the customer service industry empowering every customer in front of her. Being the overachiever that she is, Serina has taken every service advisor training and course that’s come her way.
Her and her family enjoy everything outdoors and engaging in all of her son’s sports!

Estimator, Genius
Meet Merab, he’s one of the most multi-faceted and talented people I’ve ever met.
He is a full time student, pursuing his passion for Aviation to become a Pilot. Understanding the mechanics, physics, and tiny details help him excel at being an Estimator in our industry.
Thanks to Merab, Off-Site Estimator is able to expand and effectively document and communicate every ounce of information in our newly created database.
