How Does It Work?

Estimating:

Doesn’t matter if your Shop Management System is cloud or server based – we’ll securely access it and get rocking. After our on-boarding document is completed by your shop, we’ll understand who your top vendors are, top brands you use for certain parts, which service packages you use, and everything in between. We’ll audit the DVI, estimate results, check vehicle history, and notify the appointed advisor of any parts not in stock and relevant information. We’ll call your dealers, junk yards, and confirm the estimate is perfect and turn key for your advisor to make the sale!

Service Advising:

Do you need a face at the counter? We can enter a zoom call and be on your counter at vehicle drop off, helping waiter customers go through their inspections results on our screen, and make the sale. Just need us to make the upsell phone calls and progress updates? We can do that to! Almost all duties can be performed off-site. Let us show you how.

Training:

Is your team not using your DVI or Shop Management System to its potential? We’ll have individual or group trainings on how to properly utilize your software and immediately increase communication, efficiency- and of course – sales! Weekly Meetings on your core fundamentals, goals, you name it. After a conversation about you bottle-necks and goals, we will get you there.
