How Much Do Your Services Cost?

Pricing is based on several factors: What services you want to choose/customize, the duration of our services, and any other miscellaneous duties we may offer based on our preliminary conversation. We are not McDonald’s French Fries so not every shop is going to have the same work load or expectations. Every shop we work with has a separate plan based on their specific needs. During our on-boarding process we’ll have proposals ready for you based on your specific scope of work required.

What If I have Software That Isn’t Listed Above?

We’re quick learners! If you have a new system that we are unfamiliar with, we will spend a few days learning it at our own expense before beginning. We are always open and welcome to all new technology!

How Will You Get Into Our Software?

Most systems are cloud based, and we won’t have a need to remote in. If you have systems that are server based, we will use a safe third party program to log in and use your software on a computer in your shop. We only require that it be unused by personnel during shop hours.

What If We Need Other Services Not Listed? What Else Do You Provide?

Need an Employee Handbook or Standard Operating Procedure updated or created? We Can Help. Writing documents to help your shop flow is one of our favorite tasks. Being in and around shops for several decades has helped shape our knowledge in what creates the biggest impact to moral, and bottom line. If you need it, we can do it.

How Do We Introduce & Incorporate Your Services With Our Staff?

During the onboarding process, we will better understand what your shop needs and come up with a game plan. This will not be invasive in any way. Think of us as a fairy godmother. We can provide documents to your staff to better understand our role so they can best complete theirs. Whatever your team needs, we can help.
